Vision
Creativity is exploring, experimenting, risk taking, making mistakes and enjoying the process.
My photographic journey began doing just that and continues to expand, create and develop, producing photographic works in three main styles: Intentional Camera Movement (ICM), Abstract and Fine Art.
Having a geographic background and working as a volunteer in a community garden, has had a profound impact on the content of my photographic images. Landscapes, seascapes, garden scapes and the macro world are the focus of many of my photographs.

Textures used in my work are all original, the vibrant colours and the often quirky subject matter has evolved through the creative, explorative process: a ramble in the garden; a stroll along the sand; a wander in a forest, often revisiting many times, taking a moment or two to see (and not just look) from many different perspectives has enabled me to imagine what can be and not what just is!
Photoshop, Lightroom and YouTube have been my best friends, enabling me to learn about and play with images, creating composites or just transforming them through colour and tone adjustments.
